This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are offered for purchases made on the Cambridge Business Development Services website at https://cambizdev.services
This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store, including digital courses, coaching services, digital downloads, and bundles. It is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

1. Digital Courses
Digital courses include, for example:
- How to Develop Your Team
- How to Employ Strategic Thinking
- AI in Business
- Any other course listed in the Courses area of the site
Because course access is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately after purchase, we do not normally offer refunds once you have:
- Logged into the course area, or
- Accessed or downloaded course content
We may consider a refund in limited cases, such as:
- You purchased the same course twice by mistake
- You were charged in error due to a technical issue
- You were unable to access the course because of a fault on our side and we cannot resolve it
If you believe one of these applies, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with your order details.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
2. Coaching Services
Coaching services include one-off sessions and ongoing coaching packages.
2.1 One-off coaching sessions
If you book a one-off paid coaching session:
- You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the start time
- If you need to cancel completely, you can request a refund up to 48 hours before the session
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session start time are not normally refundable, as time has been reserved for you.
If there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
2.2 Ongoing / subscription coaching
For ongoing or subscription-based coaching:
- You can cancel future billing at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
- Payments that have already been processed are not normally refundable, as time has been reserved and / or used
If you feel you have been charged in error, or there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 14 days of the payment.
3. Digital Downloads and Resources
Digital downloads include items such as:
- The Scale-Up Strategy Cheat Sheet
- Guides, templates, and other downloadable resources
Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales of digital downloads are normally final.
We may offer a refund where:
- You purchased the same product more than once by mistake
- You were unable to access or download the file and we cannot resolve the issue for you
If you experience any technical problems with a download, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to help.
4. Bundles (Course + Coaching)
Some offers combine a course with coaching, for example:
- A course plus a 1:1 coaching session
- Other course and coaching bundle offers
In these cases:
- Once course access has been granted and / or a coaching session has been booked, the bundle is not normally refundable
- If you have not accessed the course and have not booked or used the coaching session, we may review a refund request made within 14 days of purchase
If you cancel the coaching part of a bundle, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit based on the unused portion of the service.
5. Free Products and Promotions
Free products, such as the Scale-Up Strategy Check-In or other free resources, do not require payment and therefore are not eligible for refunds.
If you have any issues accessing a free product, please contact us so we can help you resolve it.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email info@cambizdev.services with:
- Your full name
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number
- The product or service you purchased
- A brief explanation of your request
We aim to respond within 5 working days.
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first if there is a problem with your purchase.
If you dispute a payment with your bank or card provider without contacting us, this may delay resolution and may limit our ability to offer a goodwill refund or credit.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the site after any changes are published will mean you accept the updated policy.
