Who We Are Aiming It At And What’s It All About
Our first course is Live! ‘How To Develop Your Team’ isn’t just aimed at people starting out on their leadership journey but at more seasoned leaders too by having a curriculum that has been created intentionally broad!
The course starts out with some self reflection before getting into the fundamental leadership skills needed to be an effective Team Leader. But then in the final section, we switch gears and get into some more advanced areas of leadership that have been designed for our students to continue learning about after the course has finished which typically are held back for subsequent courses by some providers 😬

You see, we are all about providing our students with the most bang for their buck! We want our students to stick around and grow with us as we continue to grow ourselves.
Most workplaces today offer some form of recurring personal development benefit which staff can use to develop skills allowing them to be more effective in their current roles as well as preparing them for potential future ones too. It’s in this area that we want to position ourselves.
This is why we are offering subscription based coaching and mentoring sessions to accompany our core course offerings. We want our students to feel supported where and when it matters by providing them with a safe place to practice in, having a resource to bounce ideas off of when it comes to putting into practice what they have learned and someone to talk to who understands where they are coming from as they continue on their leadership journeys. Everyone has their own preferred style of learning and through our flexible approach we hope to support them all.
